It's been a
while since I have posted anything on my blog~time seems to go by so quickly,
especially with a grandchild. Grayson
celebrated his 7th birthday a few weeks ago and other than a few bumps in the road,
he seems to be doing very well. Back
last September, his CF doctor felt hospitalization was in order for a nasty
bacterial infection that Grayson contracted and since then, he has done great
other than bouts with allergies.
When you pray
for Grayson, pray for his Mom & Dad as well. Administering medication and therapies are
very time consuming with a CF child.
Thankfully though, they help Grayson stay healthy and keep the CF
symptoms minimal.
Grayson has
been playing baseball, basketball and soccer with our church team and loves
it. We've been so proud that he asks to
say the opening prayer at games~he continues to amaze us. God has something wonderful in store for our
little man.
We are
looking forward to the fun that the summer brings and come fall, we will be going to Disney World. It is Grayson's first trip there, so we are
very excited!
Team Grayson
will be walking again this year in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation 5k on May
17th. If you feel led to give to CFF
through sponsorship of our team you can go to:

I am humbled daily
in the way that we see the Lord working through so many to encourage and pray
for our family as we journey through CF.
Angels we call them......
Our Team has
adopted a verse that I want to share with you~
"We
never give up. Though our bodies are
dying, our spirits are being renewed every day.
For our present troubles are small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly
outweighs them and will last forever!
So, we don't look at the troubles we see now; rather we fix our gaze on
things that cannot be seen. For the
things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever." Corinthians 4:16-18
Love you all~
